A: MEGATEAM was established as early as 2004, with its main business being to provide complete solutions for power semiconductors, mainly as an agent for Mitsubishi Electric. Our products are mainly applied in four major fields: rail transit, industrial automation, new energy, and smart homes. We have branch offices in major cities across the country.

Q: How many times have you participated in PCIM Asia

A: We are old friends with PCIM Asia. Since 2008, we have been participating in PCIM Asia for nearly 15 years, which is currently known as the most cutting-edge and professional exhibition and seminar platform in the global power semiconductor and power electronics industry. Here, we will be exposed to advanced technologies, materials, and market information from around the world.

Q: As an audience member, what have you gained from PCIM Asia?

A: At the exhibition, we can learn more about new brands, products, and materials, including the latest technological trends and application examples. We can also have discussions on docking and application on this platform..

Q: May I ask how you evaluate PCIM Asia? What do you think are the unique features compared to other similar exhibitions?

A: PCIM Asia can bring leading academic papers and advanced application technologies to China, while also introducing the cutting-edge development of China's power electronics industry to the world.

At present, PCIM Asia's professionalism ranks among the top three in the domestic power electronics industry exhibitions, and its leading academic paper publications and product displays can be ranked first. At the same time, we can also see the development speed of power semiconductors in China on this platform.

Q: What are your insights on the development of the power semiconductor and power electronics industries?

A: The development of power electronics in China has made a qualitative leap in recent years, especially due to the international environment, strong support from Chinese policies, and market promotion and application.

Compared to before, China's power semiconductors have taken a big step forward. At present, localization is a trend, and basically the domestic substitution has been completed for the mid to low end power semiconductor applications. However, there is still a process needed for the mid to high end.

Q: What are your expectations for the future development of PCIM Asia?

A: We hope that PCIM Asia can bring more comprehensive and innovative information about the development of the international and domestic semiconductor industry, with more cases related to material packaging, technology applications, etc. At the same time, we hope that this platform can promote the integration and implementation of cutting-edge technologies both domestically and internationally.

Following its successful debut in Shenzhen in 2021, PCIM Asia has once again set foot in Shenzhen this year, committed to injecting a new vitality into the power electronics industry and new energy sector in southern China. Under the strong trend of domestic substitution, PCIM Asia 2024 will gather many outstanding local power semiconductor manufacturers to provide fertile soil for technological breakthroughs in domestic power devices and help them grow vigorously.

At the same time, PCIM Asia 2024 will also attract "hidden champions" in the field of overseas power devices, giving small and medium-sized enterprises with international competitiveness the opportunity to enter the Chinese market. At the same time, it will also promote domestic power devices to move towards a broader international stage, thereby helping the power electronics market achieve vigorous development of both internal and external circulation.
