Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has launched a new industrial color TFT LCD module product that can be applied to display screens of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and machine tools that work in harsh environments. This product can withstand strong vibration resistance (acceleration of 6.8G ※ 1, about 7 times that of previous products ※ 2), a wide storage temperature range ※ 3 (-40 ℃~+80 ℃), ultra wide viewing angle (176 ° horizontally/vertically), and ultra-high brightness (1300cd/㎡). 10.4-inch XGA samples will be provided starting from May 29th.

Characteristics of the new product

1. Able to withstand super strong vibrations with an acceleration of 6.8G, suitable for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and factory equipment

By optimizing structural design and components, achieve superior vibration resistance performance. In the case of compression installation and fixing method ※ 4, the acceleration reaches about 6.8G (about 7 times that of the previous product ※ 2). If the fixing method of using screws to reinforce the side of the LCD module ※ 5 is adopted, the vibration resistance will reach 1.5G (21.5 times that of previous products ※).

With its strong anti vibration performance, it can be applied to harsh vibration environments such as construction machinery and agricultural machinery display screens.

※ 5 Screw the screws into the threaded holes on the side of the LCD module to secure it to the customer's frame.

2. Wide storage temperature range, suitable for harsh temperature environments

By optimizing structural design and material specifications, a wide storage temperature range (-40 ℃~80 ℃) can be achieved, which can be used for storage in harsh environments such as low temperatures.

3. Ultra wide viewing angle, wide color gamut, ultra-high brightness, high contrast, suitable for various usage environments

Ensuring visibility through a wide viewing angle of 176 ° horizontally/vertically to accommodate the diversity of measurement instrument installation locations

The wide color gamut (NTSC ratio of 70% * 6) will reach 21.4 times that of previous products, enabling a colorful display screen

By achieving ultra-high brightness (1300cd/m2), it will reach 21.4 times that of previous products, with high contrast (1000:1) to ensure visibility in well lit environments, and meet display needs in various lighting environments with a wide dimming range (1-100%)
